Merian Chrysalis selects Maitland for fund services

Merian has picked Maitland as the AIFM, Fund Administrator and Company Secretary for its new Merian Chrysalis Investment Company.

Maitland will provide AIFM, fund administration and company secretarial services for the new Guernsey domiciled closed-ended investment company, Merian Chrysalis Investment Company is a new fund from asset manager Merian Global Investors, run by veteran British investor Richard Buxton (pictured above), and its first devoted to unlisted firms, as reported by International Investment.

“The Merian Chrysalis Investment Company Limited is our first listed product and we’re pleased to be working with Maitland. We are confident Maitland’s proven expertise will benefit the Company and its investors,” Nicola Stronach, chief operating officer at Merian Global Investors, said in a statement.
