Scalable Capital unveils hybrid advisory model

Digital asset manager Scalable Capital is expanding its offering for wealthy private investors: From a fixed asset of €100,000, the digital asset manager now offers personal assistance. To ensure that customers do not have to travel to Munich to head office for the new service, Scalable Capital regularly visits various German cities. For the talks, it uses a mobile office of the co-working company Wework.

The existing customer service is still available to all customers and interested investors free of charge. Here, experts from the investment management team provide telephone information on all questions relating to the business model, the investment philosophy and the risk assessment.

Scalable Capital now manages more than €1bn in client assets. On average, investors have €35,000 managed by Scalable Capital. Portfolios with a volume of more than €100,000 already account for more than a third of the total assets under management.
