At the beginning of 2019, independent asset managers wishing to offer their services digitally in future will be able to access a cost-effective white label solution from V-Bank and Commerzbank’s Equity Markets & Commodities (EMC) division.
In a modular system or as a full-service package, business partners of V-Bank will soon receive everything they need to set up their own online asset management; from the automatic creation and management of a standardised sample portfolio to the online opening of securities portfolios to marketing and new customer acquisition on the web, asset managers will thus be able to manage existing small mandates in the future cost and time efficient. Likewise, new target groups can be tapped and customers can be won.
According to V-Bank, the technical core of the new service will be a digital portfolio management system, which will automatically submit proposals for rebalancing the standard portfolios.
On the one hand, online asset management should be integrated into existing internet sites. On the other hand, the custodian specialising in asset management plans to set up its own online marketplace in 2019, during which the strategy portfolios will reach a broader audience.
