Global asset manager Russell Investments has appointed Chris Davies as head of UK Distribution for Retail and Wholesale.
Davies is responsible for overseeing Russell Investments’ intermediary business in UK, working closely with a wide range of wholesale and retail clients. He reports directly to Joe Linhares, head of EMEA with Russell Investments.
Building on the existing range of retail multi-asset solutions, Davies will also introduce Russell Investments’ established range of high performing Dublin-based SICAV’s to the professional investor market in the UK.
Davies joined Russell Investments from Candriam Investors Group, where he led that firm’s UK & Ireland sales team for the past three years. Prior to that, he led Fidelity Worldwide’s Wealth Service and Personal Investing sales efforts in the UK. He also held a number of sales and business development roles at Prudential and Lloyds earlier in his career.
