Ibercaja Gestión gathers Spanish top author funds in new Sicav

Ibercaja Gestión has launched a Sicav investing in Spain’s highest top performer funds aimed exclusively at its private banking clients.
Luxembourg-domiciled Ibercaja Global International Sicav is split into two different portfolios that differ from each other in their exposure to equity. One of the portfolios invests up to 25% in equity while the other will invest up to 50% in this asset class. Its funds have a flexible and global investment profile which enable the Sicav to modify its positions depending on the different market’s environments.
The new Sicav invests through a single product in a wide range of funds managed by domestic managers who have beaten the indexes over the time.
Some of the funds that will form part of the new Sicav belong to Spanish asset managers including Bestinver, Magallanes, azValor, Abante, Cartesio, Valentum, Horos AM and La Muza Inversiones.
The asset manager of Ibercaja manages some €12.6bn in investment funds with a market share of 4.62% holding the seventh position in the national ranking.
