IWBank's board nabs Deutsche Bank veteran as general director

The board of directors of IWBank Private Investments chaired by Massimo Capuano has appointed Dario Di Muro as its general director to be made effective on 15 October.
Di Muro, who will succeed Andrea Pennacchia, will lead the bank of UBI Group that specialises in investment advisory and financial planning.
According to the firm, Di Muro’s appointment represents the start of a phase of relaunching and further strengthening IWBank Private Investments’ areas of investment advisory and financial planning.
Di Muro joins the firm from Deutsche Bank, where he was CEO of the bank’s Italian unit Finanza&Futuro for nearly two years. At Deutsche Bank he held various positions mainly in private banking, since he joined in 2001.
IWBank Private Investments is the result of the merger between IWBank and UBI Banca Private Investment that took place in 2015.
IWBank is an Italian online bank owned by UBI Banca.
