Kontora Family Office has founded Wecapital GmbH & Co, and expanded the range of strategic advice for entrepreneurial families in asset restructuring and founds a specialised institute
Wecapital will manage usufructuary rights on behalf of client families and enable the early transfer of assets to the next generation.
The company has already applied for a 32 KWG license from Bafin.
Kristian Scheel will act as compliance officer and syndicator for all regulatory and compliance matters within the Kontora Group. He is also responsible for risk management. He has more than 22 years of professional experience and over the past 10 years built and managed the compliance department of Société Générale subsidiary Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe/ALD AutoLeasing D. He was responsible as compliance officer for nearly 1200 employees.
Ferdinand Delius starts as advisor of the management. He comes from the family business August Oetker and worked there for three years in sales. He also served on the Commerzbank Customer Advisory Board for the past three years, advising private client board member Michael Mandel and its divisional board members in the areas of digitalisation and wealth management.
