He will lead the company's global distribution teams across retail, institutional and hedge funds, coordinating global sales channels, developing client services and ensuring that products are aligned with the company's strategy.

Reyl AM strengthens fixed income team

Reyl Asset Management has appointed Gilles Pradère as senior fund manager. Previously with Calyon in London, Pradère will help the company expand its fixed income offering.

Stéphane Decrauzat, head of fixed income, said fixed income investment was facing new challenges and opportunities. "Many uncertainties remain, yet we are convinced the most attractive opportunities over the next few years lie in corporate bonds, convertible bonds and strategies that are uncorrelated from market trends," he said.

Pradère began his career in 1990 at BNP Paribas managing fixed income arbitrage activities, before joining Pictet Asset Management in 2001 as a senior investment manager responsible for euro and dollar investments and global bonds. He moved to London in 2007 to develop Calyon's proprietary trading activities in its fixed income division.

She will report to José Castellano, head of Iberia, North America offshore and Latin American markets.

Previously, Gomez was distribution sales manager with Amundi Asset Management. Before that, she worked for Credit Agricole Asset Management and Arcalia.
