UK fund manager Rowan Dartington has announced four new hires to its equity research team.
The group has hired Gary Sunderland as head of Equity Research, who will report to investment director Tim Cockerill. Sunderland joins from Charterhouse Capital Partners, where he worked as private equity research manager.
Prior to that, he spent nine years at Goldman Sachs, managing the the equity team including researching stocks across FTSE100, FTSE250, Small cap and AIM.

He was therefore the perfect candidate for the role and has established himself extremely well already. Other hires include Jeremy Browne, Clementine Dymond and Andrew Wace, who respectively joined from Fairfax plc, Whiteforrd Wealth Management and AXA Investment Managers. All four will be based at Rowan Dartington’s London office.
