Intertrust promoted Adrian Franklin, Lisa Bragg and Nicola Giraud and they will form Jersey’s executive committee, led by managing director Simon Mackenzie.
Franklin, who was previously director of IT & Change, has been promoted to operations director for Jersey. He brings to this new role over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry having held senior roles in financial control IT and operations. He will be responsible for day-to-day operations and the execution of Intertrust’s strategy.
Bringing 25 years of HR experience, Bragg has been promoted to HR director for the Jersey office. In her new role, she will lead, direct and implement the HR strategies, policies and practices that contribute to delivering the strategy of the business. Her focus will be talent management, reward, training and development, resourcing, performance management and engagement to continue to make Intertrust in Jersey a great place to work.
A chartered accountant, Giraud was previously group financial controller and has been promoted to finance director for Jersey. In her new role, she will be responsible for the finance operations of the Jersey business, as well as supporting the executive team in the delivery of Intertrust’s strategy.
