International Council of Security Associations
Following an election by his peers, current Korea Financial Investment Association chair Kun Ho Hwang has been made head of the International Council of Securities Associations (ICSA).
The global body brings together trade associations and self-regulatory organisations that represent and regulate the activities of firms operating in securities markets.
Hwang takes over from René Karsenti, President of the International Capital Markets Association. Karsenti stepped down after serving two terms as Chair of ICSA.
