Chahine Capital appoints innovation chief

Luxembourg-based quantitative asset manager Chahine Capital has hired Stéphane Levy as innovation strategist and chief.

Levy joins from Montpensier Finance where he worked as strategist and head of Quantitative Management since 2012 and where he developed the asset allocation model Montpensier Market Scan. Previously, he served as chief investment officer at Geneva Partners and portfolio manager overseeing funds of hedge funds at OFI AM.

Levy started his career at Banque du Louvre in 2000 as analyst.

Chahine Capital was founded in 1988 and acquired by Iris Finance in January 2017.
