Dutch pension fund APG has appointed Annette Mosman as chief finance and risk officer to join the executive board of APG Group, replacing Angelien Kemna.
Mosman joins from Generali Nederland Insurance company, where she has been on the executive board, initially as CFRO and since 2015 as CEO. Prior to that, she worked from 2006 to 2009, as associate partner with KPMG Advisory, where she was responsible for the CFO advisory services provided to major banks and insurance companies.
Between 1997 and 2006, Mosman was with KPMG Consulting (later Atos Consulting), where she provided advisory services to companies in the financial sector on organizing an efficient and effective finance function. Between 1992 and 1997, as she worked as auditor with KPMG Accountants.
APG Group manages approximately € 456 bn (as of August 2017) in pension assets for pension funds in education, government, construction, cleaning and window cleaning, housing associations, energy and utility companies, sheltered employment organizations, and medical specialists.
