Lyxor has appointed Roland Fischer as the new head of ETF Business for German-speaking Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In this role, Fischer will be responsible for both institutional and private investors.

Roland Fischer has been working for Lyxor since 2011. In 2012, he took over the management of ETF sales for institutional clients and since then has been able to significantly increase net inflows. Since 2014, he has also been responsible for the ETF business with private banks, family offices and wealth managers in Germany and Austria.

Under his leadership, Lyxor intends to further expand its wealth management business in German-speaking countries. With a volume of $1.84trn, Switzerland is one of the largest wealth management locations worldwide. Switzerland and Liechtenstein are therefore core market for Lyxor.

Lyxor has already created an excellent basis for the further expansion of the ETF business in the DACH region. This in particular through the strategic approach to customer acquisition and care.
