Reyl & Cie appoints new head of Asset Services

Swiss banking group Reyl & Cie has appointed Andreas Söderholm (pictured) as its new head of Asset Services.

Söderholm will be responsible for promoting Reyl’s offering to an institutional clientele comprising banks, securities dealers, independent asset managers, fund managers, fund administrators and family offices in Switzerland and abroad.

He will manage and oversee a team of asset services specialists based in Geneva as well as in other entities of the Reyl Group.

Formerly, Söderholm worked at Credit Suisse where, as a member of the Global EAM Fund Solutions Team, he managed the creation, implementation, re-domiciliation and migration of fund solutions.

He was also covering the investment fund life cycle including advisory and sales activities.

Söderholm has worked with Laven Partners in Geneva as manager of financial services operations before working for Fund Advisers Admin as general manager and head of Trading and with Saxo Bank as a sales trader providing technical and fundamental trading analysis to institutional clients.

He also held a number of directorship roles for a number of investment management companies and investment funds.

At end 2015, Reyl & Cie had over CHF11bn (€9.95bn) in assets under management.
