Wouter Van Overfelt, senior portfolio manager at Vontobel Asset Management, will outline some investment opportunities arising from Emerging Markets Corporate Debt at the InvestmentEurope Milan Forum to be held on the 8th of March at the Four Seasons Hotel based in the Italian financial hub.
Vontobel emerging-market strategies offer investors access to the emerging corporate bond universe, and thus the potential to capture attractive growth rates and yields.
Wouter Van Overfelt (pictured) joined Vontobel Asset Management in April 2013 as portfolio manager within the emerging markets bonds team. Prior to that, he headed the business control of the central portfolio management unit within Gaz de France (GDP) Suez. Formerly he worked as portfolio manager and quantitative analyst within the fixed income team at Dexia Asset Management. In this role he was responsible for the management of bond funds and the development and back-testing of trading strategies and quantitative models.
