Ersel has completed the acquisition of 64.3% of Banca Albertini from the SYZ Group following regulatory approvals.
After receiving European Central Bank and Bank of Italy authorisations, Ersel and Banca Albertini have finalised such transaction, which had been previously announced in November 2017.
According the agreement, the remaining 37.5% will continue to be owned by Alberto Albertini in an operation that brings Ersel group’s assets under management to €18.5bn.
