The operation, which sees Seeyond becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Natixis AM, has received the agreement of French regulator AMF on 5 December 2017.

As a result, Seeyond has taken over the management three France-domiciled funds of Natixis AM: Natixis LCR Actions Euro, Seeyond Actions CAC 40, Ecureuil Actions France

It has also been chosen as the delegated investment manager of the following sub-funds within the Natixis AM Funds Sicav:
-Seeyond Multi Asset Conservative Growth Fund
-Seeyond Multi Asset Diversified Growth Fund
-Seeyond Equity Factor Investing Europe
-Seeyond Europe Market Neutral
-Seeyond Europe MinVariance
-Seeyond US MinVariance
-Seeyond Global MinVariance
-Seeyond Equity Volatility Strategies

Natixis AM specified the delegation of the investment management will neither affect the investment strategy nor the risk and return profile of the sub-funds. The investment strategies and characteristics of the Sub-Funds will remain unchanged.
