Kairos snaps up Intesa Sanpaolo executive
Kairos has appointed Gabriele Zuliani as CFO of the group’s holding company, Kairos Investment Management.
Zuliani holds a degree in Economics from the University of Verona and has two decades of experience in strategic planning and investment management in the insurance industry and corporate finance.
Before joining the Kairos team, Zuliani worked for 15 years in the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, where he held various positions, and then assume the role of CFO of Intesa Sanpaolo Vita. Previously, Zuliani worked for the group Cattolica Assicurazioni and the Arca Vita group.
The Italian firm has made a further appointment: Francesca Pezzoli will be in charge of investor relations.
Pezzoli is graduated with honors in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, and was Investor Relations Manager for ASTM / SIAS (Gavio group), where she was responsible for managing relationships with institutional investors, sell-side and buy-side analysts, bondholders, credit analysts and rating agencies.
Previously, Pezzoli gained significant experience in financial analysis at Mediobanca.
