Kempen Capital Management has announced the launch of a new mid- and large cap based investment strategy, led by Richard Klijnstra.

Richard Klijnstra was previously in charge of the Kempen credit team. In his new role he will have close contact with the credit team in terms of exchanging opinions about companies, and he will continue to provide the team with advice with respect to the monthly macro score.
Meanwhile, Alain van der Heijden will take over Richard’s role as manager of the credit team as of August 1st. Van der Heijden has been part of the team since 2007 as a senior portfolio manager and member of the investment committee.
Moreover, Pim van Mourik Broekman joins the investment committee and the team as senior portfolio manager on July 1st, he previously was global head of Credit Research at APG Asset Management.
