Columbia Threadneedle boosts Italian sales team
Columbia Threadneedle Investments has hired Aldo Melloni as senior sales manager.
Melloni joins the company from the Allianz group where he has worked for the past 11 years covering a number of sales roles. First he was with Allianz Bank from 2004 to 2011 and for the past four years he has been a key account manager at Allianz Global Investors.
At Columbia Threadneedle, Melloni will take care of the retail, family office and private banking business.
Country head Italy Alessandro Aspesi (pictured) has welcomed Melloni’s hire as a step forward in Columbia Threadneedle’s growth strategy in the country.
