US asset management firm Artisan Partners has registered its Ireland-domiciled Ucits fund range, Artisan Partners Global Funds plc, for sale in Denmark.
The fund complex is also registered in the UK, Finland, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium.
It includes the following funds: Artisan Global Opportunities, Artisan Global Discovery, Artisan Global Value, Artisan Global Equity, Artisan US Value Equity, Artisan Developing World, Artisan Emerging Markets.
Andrew Marks, managing director and head of EMEA Distribution at Artisan Partners, said: “We are delighted to add Denmark to our growing list of Ucits fund country registrations. This registration reflects the firm’s gradual roll out of access to the Ucits fund complex and is in line with the expansion of our Ucits fund offerings and growth in AUM.”
As at 31 December 2017, 19% of the firm’s $115.5bn (€94.2bn) in assets under management was sourced from clients outside the US, that includes $3.6bn (€2.9bn) in its Ucits fund complex in Ireland.
