French CGPIs association elects new chairman
Raymond Leban has been elected as chairman of CGPC (Association française des conseils en gestion de patrimoine certifiés), the French association of certified independent financial advisors.
He replaces Hervé de La Tour d’Artaise whose mandate was ending. Leban has presided over the jury of the certification exam of CGPC since its launch in 1998.
He aims to strengthen the reputation of CGPC towards both savers and professionals and to develop the association.
Leban is currently head of Management, Economy, Prices and Fares at EDF.
Graduated from the Ecole nationale de la statistique et de l’administration économique (ENSAE), he has been awarded the Legion of Honour in 2006. Leban is also doctor in mathematics, doctor of science as well as associate professor of faculties.
