José Ramón Aranda, head of Distribution at Spain's March Gestión de Fondos, will be attendng InvestmentEurope's Fund Selector Summit in Milan on 13 November.
José Ramón Aranda, head of Distribution at Spain’s March Gestión de Fondos, will be attendng InvestmentEurope’s Fund Selector Summit in Milan on 13 November.
José Ramón Aranda will discuss the opportunities that exist for managers that look beyond brand and size to clearly differentiate their offerings to client investors.
Addressing one of the plenary sessions, he will discuss the types of value add strategies that March Gestión has developed in areas such as investments in listed firms participating in the value chain of wine, or that invest globally in listed family-owned companies.
The benefits to investors of such approaches lies in their ability to enhance risk/return profiles, he argues.
Prior to joining March Gestión, José Ramón Aranda was a director at Credit Suisse Asset Management Spain, responsible for Distribution. He has also held roles in both Madrid and London on behalf of brands such as Santander Investment and West Merchant Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank and Schroder Investment Management.
