Millenium Capital Partners, the London iteration of New York-headquartered hedge fund Millenium Management, has appointed Alex Schoenenberger as portfolio manager, InvestmentEurope has learned.
Schoenenberger has joined the firm in August from credit-focused multi-strategy boutique CQS he left before summer and where he spent over nine years as senior portfolio manager on the CQS Global Convertible Arbitrage fund.
Prior to that, he worked more than 13 years at UBS Investment Bank, mostly as a convertible bond trader.
Millenium Management had $35.2bn (€30.9bn) in assets under management as of 1 August 2018.
