Cordea Savills has appointed Giuseppe Oriani as managing director of its Italian subsidiary based in Milan.
Cordea Savills has appointed Giuseppe Oriani as managing director of its Italian subsidiary based in Milan.
The appointment forms part of Cordea Savills’ strategy to grow its business in this key market, the firm said.
Oriani (pictured) has been appointed managing director of Cordea Savills SGR which is regulated by the Bank of Italy and in which he has acquired a minority stake, with Cordea Savills remaining as the majority shareholder.
Oriani will develop new business initiatives in Italy as part of the Cordea Savills Group strategy and will also be responsible for investor relationships for existing Italian funds.
Pierluigi Solitario joins Cordea Savills SGR as director of business development and will support Oriani in expanding the business.
The SGR management team includes Justin O’Connor as chairman, Salvatore Ruoppolo as head of investment, Paola Fiorini, chief operating officer and Cristiano Ronchi, director of investment.
