After the acquisition of Pioneer, Amundi enters the market with an extended management team. Amundi announced the appointment of Evi C. Vogl as chief executive officer, Oliver Kratz as chief operating officer and Jürgen Rauhaus as chief investment officer for Germany. Gottfried Hörich was appointed as deputy chief executive officer & head of Sales.
Valérie Baudson also takes over the chair of the supervisory board of Pioneer Investments from Matteo Germano, who remains a member of the supervisory board.
Evi C. Vogl is chief executive officer for Amundi in Germany. In this function, the focus of her work is the strategic development of the business, as well as the areas of communication and public affairs. She worked for an international bank for institutional investors in Europe and was responsible for the German business of a global asset manager.
Gottfried Hörich is appointed as deputy CEO and head of Sales. Prior to joining Amundi, he spent ten years working for JP Morgan Asset Management, where he was responsible for institutional clients in Germany and Austria. He began his career at JP Morgan in Frankfurt, London and New York in 1996, where he initially worked in fixed-income research and later as senior relations manager for institutional clients.
Oliver Kratz has been responsible for Finance, Controlling, Strategy and Risk Management since 2015 at Pioneer Investment. As managing director, he is also responsible for legal/contract, operations and IT. He began his professional career at REWE-Zentral AG in 1993.
Jürgen Rauhaus has been managing director and head of Investments at Pioneer. Prior to that, he held several functions in Fixed Income Portfolio Management, since 2000 as head of Fixed Income.
Valérie Baudson is a member of the Amundi executive committee. In addition, she is CEO of CPR Asset Management and has been responsible for ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta at Amundi since 2008. Valérie Baudson has been active in the financial industry since 1995 and joined Amundi in 2008.
