Polaris, leading Nordic private equity company, announced three appointments as Rune Lillie Gornitzka is appointed associate partner, Simon Damkjær Wille is appointed associate director and Joachim Satchwell is appointed associate.

Rune Lillie Gornitzka joined Polaris in 2005. Before that, he worked as business developer in TDC and as investment banker in Capitellum Corporate Finance. He holds a M.Sc., Economics and Business Administration, from Copenhagen Business School and he has attended studies at Harvard University, Boston.

Simon Damkjær Wille joined Polaris in 2010. Prior to joining Polaris, Simon was with A.P. Moller – Maersk from 2006-2010. He holds a M.Sc., Applied Economics and Finance, and an HD Finance degree from Copenhagen Business School.

Joachim Satchwell has been with Polaris since January 2013, and he holds a M.Sc., Finance and Accounting, and a B.Sc., International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
