DJE Kapital AG has joined the Association of Foreign Investment Companies in Austria (VAIO). With this, DJE will focus on the Austrian market.
Thorsten Schrieber, member of the management board of DJE Kapital AG and responsible for fund distribution, marketing and PR, said: “The Austrian market is very important to us. In future, we want expand our core competency in value-oriented investments for institutional investors and retail investors in Austria.”
Berndt May, general secretary of the VAIO, added: “DJE’s value-oriented and low-risk investment policy has been valued by customers for over four decades and has been successfully implemented in the products.”
The VAIO was founded in 1994 as a community of interests of international investment companies operating in Austria. It sees itself as a service point for those interested in international funds and currently has 52 member companies. The activities of the VAIO include the promotion of the Austrian financial centre and the Austrian capital market, in particular by creating a level playing field for non-Austrian investment companies.
