French asset management group La Banque Postale AM (LBPAM) has announced a series of major appointments.
Former Candriam’s global head of Marketing Guillaume Abel has joined the firm as head of Business Development.
Alexandre Caminade, previously chief investment officer Credit Europe at Allianz Global Investors, has been appointed as chief investment officer credit.
LBPAM has also hired Brice Perin (pictured left), who was head of Convertible Bonds Funds at Generali Investments since 2013, as head of Convertible Bonds and Volatility Funds.
Also former Roche-Brune AM’s global equity chief Stéphane Fraenkel and ex-Amundi’s senior equity portfolio manager Stéphanie Faibis, have been appointed head of Fundamental Equities and head of Insurance Equity Portfolio Management respectively.
Lastly Stéphane Déo has joined LBPAM as investment strategist, having previously been an economist and asset allocation strategist at UBS as well as global equity strategist at Empirical Research Partners.
LBPAM managed €216bn of assets under management as of end of August 2017.
