DZ Bank AG has appointed Ulrike Brouzi as a member of the board of managing directors. Brouzi will join the bank on 1 September 2018.
Ulrike Brouzi has been a member of the management board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (Nord LB) since January 2012. There she is responsible among other things for finance and tax, organisation, IT, compliance and group security as well as transaction banking.
Before being appointed to the board of management of Nord LB, Brouzi was responsible from 2008 as group head of risk controlling and from 2010 as chief representative for the bank’s capital markets business. She started her career at Bayern LB, where she worked in various positions for over 17 years.
Wolfgang Kirsch is currently the CEO of DZ Bank AG. From 1 January 2019, the management will be run by the duo Uwe Fröhlich and Cornelius Riese.
