Jürgen Raeke, one of the four board members, leaves Tonn Family office, who wants to focus on self-employment in the field of real assets, effective 31 March 2018.
“I decided to take this step because I would like to concentrate completely on the real-estate value sector”, said real-estate expert Raeke.
Raeke joined Tonn Family Office in September 2016, together with Holger Schroeder. Since then, the two together along with Ines Hardt and Michael Funke formed the board. He was responsible for recognising existing asset management and extend the business model to family office services.
Raeke has more than 35 years of experience in the field of capital investments. From 1998 to 2014 he was managing director of the Berenberg subsidiary Berenberg Private Capital. There he was responsible for the real estate investments and built up the Family Office. Since 2014, he has worked independently as an investment advisor alongside his other activities and oversees various institutional mandates. He then took over the management of the family office of the Heydt, the former Berlin & Co. until the end of 2015.
