French asset manager Tikehau Capital will be listed on Euronext Paris as from 7 March 2017.
The tender offer of Tikehau Capital over the securities of Salvepar, a listed company focused on minority investments in listed and non-listed companies, has resulted in the holding by Tikehau Capital of 99.14% of Salvepar’s capital and 99.84% of Ornane issued by Salvepar.
Tikehau Capital will issue some 7,185,807 new shares and 1,225.326 Ornane.
Also the manager has welcomed a new shareholder, the Fonds Stratégique de Participations, which gathers six major French insurers. The FSP has invested around €50m in Tikehau Capital and holds 5.5% of the investment firm after last capital increase.
Tikehau Capital has expanded its supervisory board with the appointments of Fanny Picard, Constance de Poncins, Christian de Labriffe, Roger Caniard and of Florence Lustman representing the FSP.
Tikehau Capital, which had €9.95bn in assets under management as of end-December 2016, intends to manage over €20bn of assets by 2020.
Through its future listing, the group has plans to expand itself in particular in Europe as well as in North America where it considers opening offices.
