EI Sturdza expands Strategic Value Fund team
Lofoten Asset Management, the investment advisor to the EI Sturdza Europe Value Fund has announced the appointment of Steven Bowen as senior analyst and back-up portfolio manager and Heidi Kruitwagen as product specialist.
Bowen and Kruitwagen will join Willem Vinke in managing €463m EI Sturdza Strategic Europe Value fund.
Bowen joins from Franklin Templeton, where he most recently worked as portfolio manager. Prior to that, he worked among others for HSBC Asset Management, he has 20 years of experience in the finance industry.
Kruitwagen joins from UBS, where she spent more than 15 years in senior client advisor roles. At EI Sturdza, she will provide product specialist expertise and manage the relationship between the Investment Adviser and distribution teams.
EI Sturdza is an independent asset management business which is part of the Swiss private banking group Banque Baring Brothers Sturdza SA.
