Anima Holding Shareholders have authorised a capital increase of €300m, premium included.

The share capital increase, granted by Anima Holding Shareholders to the managing board, will be exercised within 30 June 2018 and falls within the context of the proposed acquisition – inter alia – of 100% of the share capital of Aletti Gestielle, currently held by Banco BPM.

The Shareholders’ Meeting of Anima Holding has also appointed Antonio Colombi as managing board director, who joins Anima from Poste Italiane Group. Prior to that, Colombi worked as head of IR at Terna during ten years.

The Italian asset manager Anima Group has up to €75bn in assets under management as of the end of November 2017.
