Spain’s Inverco has reported that assets under management of Spanish funds have grown by €9bn in the first half of the year, amounting to €272bn in June.
Spanish funds recorded €734m of net subscriptions in June, gathering more than €11bn of net new money over the first half of 2018.
CaixaBank AM has been the entity receiving more net subscriptions, with nearly €460m registered. BBVA AM and Sabadell AM, in second and third place, with €139m and €116m respectively.
Those are followed by Bankia Fondos with €99m in net subscriptions, Bankinter Gestión de Activos with €77m, and by Liberbank Gestión with €55m holding a sixth position.
Conversely, Santander AM and Andbank Wealth Management experienced losses of money in June, with €147m and €94m of net redemptions respectively.
