The DWS Invest and DWS Invest II mutual funds, which are distributed internationally, will be renamed Deutsche Invest I and Deutsche Invest II by the end of August 2014, subject to regulatory approval.
DWS products with a distribution focus in Germany are not affected by the name change.
In the United States, all DWS and DWS RREEF mutual funds, DWS variable insurance portfolios and DWS branded closed-end funds will be renamed ‘Deutsche’ on August 11, 2014.
At the same time, all db X-trackers exchange traded funds in the United States will be renamed ‘Deutsche X-trackers’.
Starting in Q4 2014 and going into 2015, other countries in the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions will be renaming regional products according to the uniform nomenclature.
