Danske Bank expands sales team in Switzerland
Danske Bank Asset Management has expanded its sales team with the appointment of Maya Moors as director business development. Based in Frankfurt, she will primarily serve Swiss clients and expand company’s presence in Switzerland.
The entire German-speaking region as well as Switzerland and Luxembourg form a core market for Danske Bank Asset Management on a global level. As a result, the Danish asset manager is now systematically continuing its growth strategy, which is managed by the Frankfurt branch.
Moors will serve customers in the wholesale and institutional sectors in Switzerland. Its regional focus is on the German-speaking parts of the country, but also on clients based in western Switzerland. She reports to Marc Homsy, head of Asset Management Distribution, Germany.
With about 20 years of experience in the financial industry, she was most recently working for Banque Cantonale Vaudoise as head of Wholesale and Fund Distribution. Before that, she worked for numerous other banks and financial companies in Switzerland and internationally, including MFS International, Julius Baer and Lombard Odier.
