BNP Paribas AM bolsters marketing team

Paris-headquartered investment company BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) has appointed Roger Miners as chief marketing officer, to be based in London.

Miners (pictured), who succeeds Anthony Finan, will be reporting to the global head of the firm’s worlwide sales and marketing organisation Sandro Pierri.

He joined BNPP AM from Allianz Global Investors, where he worked for 15 years in a wide range of sales and marketing leadership roles. He worked holding the same position for which he has been now appointed, as chief marketing officer. Prior to that, he was UK CEO and global head of Sales and Marketing at RCM, after having headed its team of product specialists.

Chief executive officer at BNP Paribas Asset Management’s CEO Frédéric Janbon said: “Today, we are very pleased to welcome Miners on board to oversee the development of our operational marketing activities globally.  Roger has a broad and recognised experience in asset management sales and marketing positions, and he will be instrumental in continuing to adapt our service offering to a changing client landscape, under the leadership of Sandro Pierri.”
