Property investment manager Cordea Savills has named Lionel Nicolas as director of investment for the company’s Paris branch.
Nicolas will be responsible for acquisitions and implementing asset management initiatives to properties in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Nicolas joins from Urban Premium where he was joint managing director and fund manager of the OPCI Urban Retail Invest, a fund focused on French prime retail properties.
Nicolas' appointment follows that of Clement Pigott as head of investment, France and Benelux in March this year.
Pigott said: "Lionel's appointment reflects the growing importance of France to Cordea Savills' business with increasing assets under management in the wider French and BeNeLux region. We are very delighted have Lionel with his extensive experience coming on board."
