Paris-based asset manager Gemway Assets, focused on emerging market equities, has appointed Ariel Wang as EM equity portfolio manager-analyst.
It is understood she will co-manage the GemEquity fund alongside lead manager and Gemway Assets’ chairman Bruno Vanier and portfolio manager-analyst Elena Kosheleva.
Wang has joined the company at the start of July from Banque Transatlantique where she served as global equity portfolio manager during two years.
Prior to that, she was a global equity portfolio manager-analyst at Dubly Douilhet Gestion and started her career at Pastel & Associés as global equity analyst.
Gemway Assets was founded in 2012.
