Paris-headquartered Tikehau Capital has appointed Henri Marcoux (pictured) as deputy managing director.
In this newly created role, he will supervise and coordinate the corporate and finance functions within Tikehau Capital.
Marcoux will report to the co-founders of the group, Antoine Flamarion and Mathieu Chabran.
Marcoux tallies 21 years of experience in audit and financial management.
He spent 11 years at Groupe EPI, a luxury brand group (JM Weston, Bonpoint, Figaret, Champagne Piper, Charles Heidsieck), as chief financial officer, member of the executive board and member of the strategic committees of its affiliates.
Marcoux was responsible for financial control, financing and banking relations, the corporate legal department and consolidation. He was also involved in all the M&A projects carried out by the group and was in charge of managing the EPI’s real estate assets.
Marcoux started his career as a financial controller at Bouygues Group in Indonesia (1995-1997) before being appointed as financial auditor at KPMG (1997-2000).
He moved to Alcatel Group, first as manager within the internal audit team (2000-2003) and then as business unit financial controller (2003-2005).
Tikehau Capital managed €8.7bn of assets as of 30 September 2016 invested across all asset classes (listed and private equity, credit, private debt, special situations and real estate) through its subsidiaries including Tikehau Investment Management.
