Zurich-based Credit Suisse has announced the appointment of Jim Amine and Tim O’Hara to its Investment Banking division as well as the recruitment of Helman Sitohang as CEO for the Asia Pacific region.
Amine and O’Hara join Gaël de Boissard to be in charge of the Investment Banking division, they replace Eric Varvel , who leaves his position as boardmember in order to take on new responsibilities as chairman of the Asia Pacific and Middle East Regions. He remains head of Investment Banking Asia Pacific.
Amine will be in charge of the advisory and issuing business, O’Hara remains in charge of the equities side of the business.
All appointments are effective immediately.
