London-headquartered Schroders has partnered with Distribution Technology (DT) to launch the Schroder Dynamic Planner Portfolios, a range of five risk-targeted funds that have been made using a risk profiling software known as Dynamic Planner.
The Schroder Dynamic Planner Portfolios, to be managed by Schroders multi-manager team led by Marcus Brookes, aim at enabling advisers – using risk profiling tool Dynamic Planner – to select those funds that closely match their clients’ appetite risk, the company said.
The funds, to be available on a wide range of UK adviser platforms, will be managed by Schroders’ multi-manager team, who will make “tactical asset allocation decisions while operating with the Dynamic Planner, meaning clients’ money will be aligned with their risk profile,”according to the Schroders statement announcing the launch.
Schroders UK intermediary co-head James Rainbow added: “We have worked closely with Distribution Technology for many years. They have a successful risk-profiling and investment process which is trusted across the industry by more than 7,000 advisers and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them.”
