Pepper, pictured left, comes to Trium Capital most recently from Old Mutual Global Investors, where he had been was managing director of alternatives since 2012. Prior to this he focused on the hedge fund and alternative UCITS funds sectors, beginning in 2000, with such companies as Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, and later, with New Star and Henderson Global Investors.
Sanne Group, the Jersey-based, globally-active corporate and fund services and fiduciary services provider, has named Stuart Harris director. Based in London, Harris will oversee management of Sanne’s facilities across the 15 jurisdictions in which the company operates.
Harris, pictured left, joins Sanne from FIS Global, where he was director of real estate for the EMEA region. In that role, he was responsible for managing all of the company’s merger and acquisition and integration projects, covering 77 offices in 30 countries.
He has also sat on the boardsof three large private sector companies, and the board and committees of a leading professional governing body.
BNP Paribas Asset Management has named Chris Hofmann to its ETF and indexed fund team, as senior sales manager for German-speaking clients. She joined at the beginning of October.
At BNP, Hoffman will be based in Munich and will report to Claus Hecher, head of development for the company in Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland. She will be responsible for expanding the distribution of the company’s index-linked products – in particular the BNP Paribas Easy range of exchange-traded funds – to institutional investors and local distribution networks.
Hofmann has more than 10 years’ experience of ETFs. She began her career in 2006 as an ETF specialist with Lyxor’s German sales and marketing team, before joining UniCredit’s brokerage business in 2009 as head of ETF sales for Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
