The Federation of European Independent Financial Advisers (FEIFA) has added two new UK IFA firms and Belgian-based adviser to its membership.
Warwick Road Financial Services Ltd and Affinity Financial Consultancy Ltd have become its latest UK member firms, FEIFA said in a statement announcing the news.
Warwick Road Financial Services houses financial services brands such as Beard and Coles Financial Planning, Gold Financial Services, Inspire Financial Partners, Robinson Sharpe Financial Planning & Hoare Jacques Financial Planning.
Warwick Road Financial Services is itself an appointed representative of Old Mutual Wealth-owned Intrinsic Financial Planning Limited and Intrinsic Mortgage Planning Limited. Affinity is also UK-based and managed by Mark Bradshaw.
Warwick Road and Affinity follow Belgian-based firm Davis & Bradbury, which also joined the FEIFA fairly recently.
IFA mergers and acquisitions
“Despite a number of mergers and acquisitions within our membership over the last few months, FEIFA now has more member firms than ever before,” said FEIFA chief executive Paul Stanfield. “We also have a number of other new membership applications presently going through our due diligence process.”
FEIFA has also introduced a new individual membership option for UK advisers with Liam O’Hare of John Whelan Financial Planning recently joining.
FEIFA member companies are English-speaking advisory businesses, active across Europe and advising on cumulative assets in excess of €4bn. The Federation is a non-profit trade association and its membership operates in around 30 European countries as well as, in some cases, other regions of the world.
