Foreign asset managers’ AUM in Spain has reached a total of €114bn in June, industry association Inverco has revealed.
The result includes the total net sales to Spanish investors made by foreign asset managers’ funds domiciled in Spain.
Foreign asset managers managed to attract some €24bn since December 2014, which means a growth by 26.7% in the first half of the year.
The total AUM is invested for 36.8% in fixed income, 32.9% in equities, 15.9% in mixed assets and 14.5% in ETFs/indexed funds.
BlackRock is the biggest foreign player in the Spanish market, with €19bn total AUM, followed by JP Morgan AM with €11.6bn and Deutsche Asset & WM with €7.6bn.
