Icade, the listed property investment subsidiary of French state group Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC), has renewed and expanded its executive committee.
Olivier Wigniolle, CEO of Icade, has undertaken nominations within the executive committee: Victoire Aubry, for Finance, Legal Affairs and IT, Emmanuelle Baboulin, for the Commercial Property Investment Division, Sabine Baïetto-Beysson, for Greater Paris and Development, and Françoise Delettre, for the Healthcare Property Investment Division.
Denis Burckel, for Audit, Risk and Sustainable Development will be a permanent guest of the Executive Committee.
All join Marianne de Battisti (Key Accounts, Corporate Relations and Communication), Jean Bensaïd (Services Division), Corinne Lemoine (Human Resources) and Hervé Manet (Property Development Division).
A new member of the executive committee in charge of the portfolio management will be appointed in September 2015.
Aubry started her career at Ixis then joined the Finance and Strategy Department for the CDC group in 2000. In September 2005, she became head of the Performance Steering management team for CNP Assurances and in 2012, was appointed as member of the executive committee in charge of Finance, Risk, IT systems, Purchases and Legal at Compagnie des Alpes.
Baboulin began her career in 1986 at Bateg, SGE group as a commercial engineer and in 1990, joined Sorif, a subsidiary of the Vinci group, as programme manager and director. In 2004, she became head of the Office department and member of Vinci Immobilier management board.
She joined Icade in 2008 as head of Commercial Promotion for the Ile-de-France and member of the management board for Icade’s development division.
Baïetto-Beysson held several positions at the French Ministry for Equipment and Environment. She was managing director of the ANPEEC (the French National Agency for Employer Participation in the Construction Effort investment) from 1988 to 1993, then of the Sénat public development agency from 1993 à 2001.
She also worked at SEMEA 15 (mixed economic development project) and for the National Housing Agency from 2007 to 2010. As general inspector of the Sustainable Development Agency since 2010, she has been assigned to the Regional Ecology and Sustainable Development Council (CGEDD).
Delettre started her career as a property negotiator in 1976, before becoming head of Management at SADEC in 1978 (a property development company in the form of a cooperative subsidiary of Crédit Agricole). She joined the SCIC in 1982, in the property management department before holding various positions from 1987 to 1995 within the financial department.
In 1995, Delettre was appointed Treasury and Financing Director at Icade, and then managing director of Icade Public Property Investment. In 2007, she was appointed managing director of SIICInvest and since 2008, has been managing director of Icade Healthcare.
Burckel began his career in 1987 as head of the Network Steering office in the Local Development Department of the Caisse des Dépôts, and then at Crédit Local de France.
In 1988, he became technical advisor to the deputy minister responsible for elderly people, then deputy head of Financing and Budget at the construction department and then in the department for town planning, habitat and construction until 2000.
Until 2002, he was chief of Staff for the Secretary of State for Housing and since 2008, he has been director of Audit, Risk and Sustainable Development at Icade (DARRD).
Wigniolle commented: “I am counting on this new reorganised and fully mobilised management team to breathe new life into Icade in order to benefit as far as possible from the rebound in property markets.”
