Invesco appoints head of Institutional Sales France

Invesco Asset Management has appointed Mustapha Bouheraoua as head of Institutional Sales for France.

He will be based in Paris and will report to Colin Fitzgerald, head of Institutional Business EMEA.

Bouheraoua joins from Schroders France where he was head of Institutional Business for France & North Africa. Formerly, he worked for numerous other institutional asset managers including Allianz Global Investors.

He started his career at BNP Paribas Group in 1992.

Colin Fitzgerald commented: “Mustapha Bouheraoua brings with him extensive sales and industry experience as well as market knowledge that will help us to continue to explore, identify and meet our clients’ needs as the French market evolves.

“France is an important market for us. With this new hire, Invesco intends to strengthen its position in the French institutional asset management business.”

Matthieu Grosclaude, CEO of Invesco Asset Management, added: “Mustapha Bouheraoua is a key hire for Invesco. This appointment will help us to continue our growth which has strongly been increasing over the past three years in France.”
