Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers (OMWPCA) announced today its acquisition of Edinburgh-based DG Pryde.
DG Pryde is based in Duns, outside Edinburgh, with the majority of clients located in London and the South East. Having founded the firm in 2005, director Douglas Pryde is now looking to wind down.
Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers was established in 2015 and employs over 50 financial advisers across the UK. The acquisition adds £200m of assets under advice to the national financial planning business.
